Our Services

Our inspections are performed with great care and attention to detail.

Residential Inspections

Our home inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of a home’s readily accessible and visible components. An easy-to-read detailed report of our findings will be sent to you soon after the inspection, typically within 24-48 hours.

Commercial Inspections

The goal of our commercial inspection services is to provide you with the knowledge and documentation to ensure successful negotiations. Using the report as a guide you will know what areas to address so you can provide a safe environment for your tenants.

New Home Consultation

Our team provides a comprehensive walkthrough of your property to assess its safety and operational functionality, whether you are considering a purchase or already own the property. This service offers a cost-effective solution to validate your investment decisions, without the added expense of a formal written report.

WDO/Termite

Simply finding insects and treating for them may not be enough. Part of our wood destroying organism inspection is asking the questions of why they are there and what can we do to fix it.

Well & Septic

Our well and septic inspection gives you an economical way of ensuring that the components of these systems are functioning properly. This can potentially save you thousands of dollars of repairs in the future.

Water Quality Testing

We offer many different options to ensure you have the best water quality. From basic bacteria testing, to FHA and VA loan tests, and even custom testing is available. We also offer easy to use kits that ship straight to your home.

Radon Testing

Radon is a natural, radioactive, invisible, and odorless gas that is produced when uranium in the Earth’s crust decays and turns into radium. Radon is also the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.

Mold Testing

We offer both surface and air sampling to determine the type of molds that may be present in your home. Knowing the type of mold is not enough though, we will work with you to determine what the potential cause may be so you have the knowledge to make repairs properly.

Thermal

Thermal imaging gives us the ability to see hot and cold spot not visible to the human eye. This gives out level 1 certified thermographer a place to start investigating concerns such as water intrusion, energy loss, or other deficiencies that may be found during an inspection.

Mold swabs & Testing

There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while there are only a few dozen that are toxic, exposure to many molds can lead to health problems. It can also cause structural damage to your house.

Commercial Inspections

A commercial building inspection helps you identify potential problems before they become expensive repairs or even worse, an unsafe structure. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that your property is safe for tenants and visitors.

WDI inspections

Pest inspections identify active infestations, damage, or conditions conducive to pests (such as termites, rodents, or carpenter ants) in a property. This service helps homeowners, buyers, and lenders assess risks and take preventive or corrective measures to protect the property’s value and safety.

Oil Tank Sweep

An oil tank sweep uses advanced equipment to detect buried or abandoned oil tanks on your property, identifying potential environmental hazards. This service helps ensure safety, compliance, and prevents costly cleanup issues if a leak is discovered.

Thermal imaging

Thermal imaging inspections use infrared technology to detect hidden issues like moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, insulation gaps, or structural anomalies that are invisible to the naked eye. This non-invasive service helps homeowners, inspectors, and contractors identify potential problems early, improving safety and preventing costly damage.

4-point inspection

4-point inspection evaluates the four major systems of a property—roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—to assess their condition and functionality. This inspection is often required by insurers for older homes or as part of a real estate transaction to identify potential risks.

3-point inspection

3-point inspection typically evaluates the roof, electrical, and HVAC systems of a property to assess their condition and identify potential risks. This streamlined inspection is often used for insurance purposes or real estate transactions.

New Construction Inspections

Newly constructed homes need an objective third-party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything, but we’ve been trained to have a keen eye for anything that could compromise a new home’s lifetime or safety.

Warranty Inspections

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Just because your home is new, doesn’t necessarily mean it is defect-free. At your 11-month mark, take advantage of your last chance to take advantage of your warranty!

4-Point Inspections

A 4-Point Inspection is a basic evaluation of four critical areas of a home—the HVAC systems, the roofing system, the electrical system, and the plumbing system. This inspection is often required by insurers before they’re willing to issue or renew a policy on an older home.

Wind Mitigation Inspections

A wind mitigation inspection is a specialized home inspection that evaluates a property’s ability to withstand strong winds and tropical storms, which can cause severe damage. The benefits of a wind mitigation inspection include potential insurance premium discounts, improved safety, increased resale value, and peace of mind.

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Indoor air quality (IAq) has become a major concern when buying homes. Many materials used in new construction contain alarmingly high levels or toxic formaldehyde and harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Studies have shown that smoke, funga spores, and chemicals used by most man-made products such as certain paints, varnish, and cleaners are harmful to humans. Find out what you’ll be breathing with an IAq test.
